| Résumé : | The exchange diffusion of 45Ca in multilamellar liposomes containing the antibiotic ionophore A23187 is enhanced in a dose-related fashion at increasing concentrations of external Ca2+ or at increasing A23187/lipid molar ratios. An increase in fluidity of the lipid bilayer augments the permeability to Ca by facilitating both the formation and mobility of the Ca-ionophore complexes. © 1980, All rights reserved. |
