Résumé : | After curative pneumonectomy for bronchogenic carcinoma, the first sign of generalization was a peritonitis secondary to the perforation of a jejunal metastasis. The authors review the frequency and etiology of this type of intestinal metastasis as well as the mechanism of perforation. |
