| Résumé : | This article presents a socio-historical lecture about the constitution of the non-profit sector in Belgium. It begins by defining the concept of non-profit and then examine the emergence of wage labor, characteristic of the sector structuration, leading to the professionalization process at different levels and conflictualization of social relations between salaried and volunteer. |
| Cet article présente une lecture socio-historique quant à la constitution du secteur non marchand en Belgique. Il commence par définir le concept de non marchand pour ensuite interroger l’émergence du salariat, caractéristique de la structuration du secteur, entraînant des processus de professionnalisation à différents niveaux et une conflictualisation des rapports sociaux entre acteurs bénévoles et salariés. |
