Résumé : | Édition d'un papyrus de Strasbourg qui porte au recto les restes d'un protocole arabe (798-803) et au verso un symbole de Nicée en copte. - Abstract en anglais: The unpublished papyrus P. Stras. Inv. Kopt. 221 and 224 bear an Arabic text on one side and a Coptic one on the other. The Arabic text is a protocol, viz. a kind of fiscal stamp painted on the first page of papyrus rolls, consisting mainly of Quranic formulae and quoting the name of the governor of Egypt, al-Lay† ibn al-Fa∂l (798-803). The Arabic protocol has been cut and its blank verso has been reused for writing in Coptic the creed (Nicene-Constantinopolitan version). We offer here an edition of both texts. |
