Résumé : The Onsager and higher-order reciprocatory relations were derived from a fluctuation theory for nonequilibrium reactions. The relations were derived based on Schnakenberg's graph theory. The fluctuation theorem was obtained for the generating function of the macroscopic fluxes between chemiostats which maintain the system in a non-equilibrium steady state. The method provided expressions for the Onsager linear response coefficients and the higher order response coefficients in terms of the time correlation functions of the microscopic fluxes.
