Résumé : We report a case of prostate carcinoma metastatic to the mandible that had been initially suspected as being a primary tumor of the parotid. The initial symptom was hard swelling in the left parotid region. No pathologic fracture was diagnosed. The metastatic lesion was diagnosed 4 years after diagnosis of the carcinoma of the prostate. This is a very interesting event because of its unusual localization.
