Résumé : Perinatal ultrasonography is very important for the detection, identification, and follow-up of abdominal wall defects. The ability to distinguish between types of abdominal wall defects and reach a correct diagnosis is not always easy. We present two unusual cases of gastroschisis with change in the ultrasonographic appearance as pregnancy progressed and discuss perinatal management.
