Résumé : | A reversed-phase HPLC method was developed for the study of isradipine oxidation in vitro. The drug and its main metabolites were determined after extraction from culture media and from h3A4/OR cells having the cytochrome P450 isoenzyme involved in the xenobiotic metabolization. The HPLC assay was fully validated and was used to follow the biotransformation kinetics of isradipine. |
