Résumé : | We report a bilateral metastasis of the fifth nail unit of the hand in a man with primary squamous-cell carcinoma of the lung. The presence of fingertip metastasis may be the first manifestation of an internal neoplasm and is related to a poor prognosis, with a survival rate of less than 50% after 6 months. Therefore, physicians should be aware of this condition when examining patients with similar unusual lesions. |
