Résumé : | Wandering spleen is the migration of the spleen from its normal location. The wandering spleen is usually enlarged and has a long vascular pedicle. This paper describes a case of wandering spleen in a child with acute abdominal pain and mid-abdominal mass. The preoperative diagnosis of acute torsion with infraction was made by the combination of ultrasonography and computed tomography. |
