Résumé : This article investigates, through work in an adult day care center, and based on a variety of theoretical approaches, the issue of treatment plan for subjects presenting with narcissistic personality disorder or representational activity disorder. We have then sought to demonstrate how the dual supports of the group and the use of clay make it possible to investigate and symbolize traumatic experiences. We first describe the properties of the clay medium, and then tell the story of the "ceramic workshop" group. In a second step, we focus on groupal and individual clinic within the group. These clinical data were analyzed cross-sectionally in in-depth case studies and session content analyses. Finally, these results of the clinical data analysis are discussed using various theoretical concepts and highlight the symbolizing character of the treatment plan on several levels. What is inscribed in the clay "obgame" and reappears in the group is directly linked with what has taken place historically between the subject and his own primary object. By going back to the perceptual motor stage and materializing subjective experiences, i.e. by concentrating on the primary symbolization, the subject can gradually reach a secondary symbolization.
