Résumé : This paper is the case report of a patient which presented mainly vasomotor changes, polyalgia, arthritis, bone resorption notches, purpura, asthenia, peripheral neuritis, and loss of weight. The possible pathogenic mechanisms are discussed to explain the symptomatology: the precipitation of cryoglobulins in some physical conditions, the precipitation of immune complexes, and the role of hydraulic pressure and the role of cold in the cryocomplex formation.
