In the second stage a few months later, the patient died of the same type of emboli induced by retrograde aortography and damaging the kidneys, the intestine and the pancreas. The location of the infarction in the anterior the spinal artery area of is discussed and the danger of arterial catheterization after spontaneous emboli is stressed.
