Résumé :

The authors report the case of a patient suffering from a complex condition associated with signs of Crest's syndrome and with Gougerot Sjorgen's syndrome. They discuss the elements which arise in its apparently benign prognosis, the significance of the hypergammaglobulinemia, the relative rarity of the cases discussed and certain immunopathogenic aspects of this complex.
