Résumé :

In this paper, we present results obtained by Molecular Dynamics on the molecular ordering at a liquid-vapor interface. Molecules are made of simple diatomics : while entering the interface from the gas phase, the prefered molecular orientations shifts from parallel to perpendicular to the plane of the liquid-vapor interface. We mention possible extension of those properties in biological membranes. © 2009 2009 American Institute of Physics.
