Résumé :

Clobazam-d3 has been prepared by treatment of norclobazam sodium salt with trideuteriomethyl iodide. Clobazam-d3 has a pharmacological profile rather similar to that of clobazam. It differs by its longer duration of anti-epileptic action. © 1988.
