Résumé : This report presents the main outcomes of the CLIMNEG research project undergone on behalf on the Belgian Science Policy during the period 2006 to 2008. Within a limited amount of pages the purpose of this report is to show how the project contributed to both the academic literature and the policy process, in accordance with its initial objectives. The project focuses on three key issues: climate change, the way coalitions of countries may face that problem, and the role of technology. From a methodological standpoint, the project aimed at combining theoretical approaches, computational ones, and policy support. Furthermore, the project fostered interdisciplinary between economists and climatologists, with some extensions to political scientists.
