Résumé : | Coelomocytes from Holothuria polii were separated by centrifugation on a discontinuous Na-Metrizoate gradient. Two cell populations were obtained consisting, almost exclusively, of spheru- lous coelomocytes. Three types of sperulocytes (Types I to III) were identified. They differ from each other by structure and stain affinities of their spherules, and by some slight differences in density. © 1990 Taylor & Francis Group, LLC. |
