| Résumé : | Recent theoretical and clinical contributions of elderly couple with alcoholic partner underlies the usefulness of pragmatic/interactive and semantic/symbolic approach of symptomatic situation. Particularly, alcohol-dependance is understood as related to developmental tasks, resources and bonds of life-cycle of elderly age. A psychotherapeutic process of elderly couple is narrated. This work is caractherized by the following phases: alcoholistic symptom control, individual and family story narration and renegociation and reshaping of couple spaces/times. Symptom gradual dissolution has permitted the relaunching of individual, couple and familial planning as a fundamental dimension for improving general quality life of elderly couple. |
