Résumé : [en] Relationals representations constitute an important study area for understanding of interactive phenomena, especially, in the field of relationship between health care workers (medical doctors, psychotherapists, counsellors and so on) and patients because relational representations circularly influence mutual behaviours and expectations. This research suggests an observational model of the relational representations between a therapist and an autistic child. This model, based upon the use of metaphors and sculpting, put in evidence how the way the therapist represents the child and the relationship with him could have important implications on the therapeutic process as on its developments and issues. The subjectivity of the therapist and his personal aspects, consequently, become a crucial field of auto reflection: this requires adequate training courses and regular supervision experiences.
