Résumé : In a society where minorised sexual/gender identities seem to be more and more legitimate, is it still relevant to question the place or status of heterosexuality in identity formation and construction as well as in human systems like families, school, psychosocial interventions ? Through her doctoral research, her experience in accompanying young people and team supervision, the author highlights that the experiences of young women discovering their attraction and love for girls/women still face systemic power relationships related to heterosexuality. This study emphasizes the need for research and systemic interventions to steer away from heteronormative approaches by including the notions of gender relations and macro-system.
