| Résumé : | We report here the case of an 8ζ yr old girl suffering from a dramatic explosive puberty. The symptoms disappeared spontaneously three months later. Investigations demonstrated the existence of autonomous oestrogen secretion, probably by a transient follicular ovarian cyst. |
