| Résumé : | 25 cases of women's stress incontinence surgically treated using the Marshall Marchetti's procedure are analysed. One year after the operation the definitive results were evaluated. In this series 80% of the cases improved and 70% were definite successes. The advantages and disadvantages of the procedure are discussed. |
