Résumé : The authors present the first description of the electronmicroscopic appearance of eye lesions in a case of juvenile metachromatic leukodystrophy. They find the specific prismatic inclusions of sulfatidose in the ciliary nerves. They show other structures probably resulting from transformation of the myeline constituents in the optic and ciliary nerves. They insist on the absence of retinal lesions, although these have been described by most authors in the infantile form. (23 references)
