| Résumé : | This is a report of a case of multiple injuries in a man of 27 who suffered simultaneously from a fracture of the ascending branch of the left lower jaw and a traumatic stenosis of the left internal carotid artery. Four similar cases have been reported. The etiology, diagnosis and non-surgical treatment of this association of lesions are discussed. |
