Résumé : The author makes a general review of hormone influence on carcinogenesis of the breast. He explains recent efforts to formulate a prognosis which could predict a treatment's effectiveness. Finally he discusses the possible part hormones could play, in particular estrogens and prolactin, in breast cancer.
