Résumé : Self-consistent microscopic mean-field models are powerful tools for the description of nuclear structure phenomena in the region of known elements, where they have reached a good quality. Among them, the Skyrme-Hartree-Fock (SHF) method and the Relativistic Mean-Field (RMF) model have been extensively applied to a variety of problems. When it comes to extrapolations to the region of superheavy elements, though there is agreement concerning the global trends, these models exhibit significant differences in their predictions concerning fission barrier heights and structures.
