Résumé : Forestry is facing numerous challenges, at the present time and in the near-future, among which climate change is one of note. This paper investigates how a given set of people, the forest owners in Walloma, manages the operational dimension of the required adaptation. It focuses on their framing and implementing practical actions, while also investigating what is grounding their adaptive ability. It ends with some remarks on the interdependency between the realm of these owners and the political and legal context of the region.
