Résumé : « L'Espace Ré-Percussions » was born from the development of an experiment of workshops of active music therapy. It is integrated in a therapeutic approach which focuses on re-socialisation in order to answer two big problems commonly associated with drug dependent patients hospitalized in psychiatry : social isolation and stigmatisation. The model privileges the « Community psychosocial step ». It constitutes a base which allows to work the passage of the co-administration (joint management) of the group to self-management and to end in the emergence of new social organizations (as an academy of alternative music). The shoring of partnerships and collaborations with outside allow as for them to open and to open up (decompartmentalize) the hospital and more particularly the psychiatry.
