Résumé : Stomahesive for bedsores treatment was tested in two different clinics in Belgium: a center for traumatology and rehabilitation (CTR) and a neurological clinic for multiple sclerosis (CNF). The results were excellent in 80% of the 57 treated cases. Stomahesive is useful in superficial and deep wounds after cleaning or for protection of erythema and pressure points caused by orthesis. The dressing should be removed every 3 to 5 days and healing will appear after 6 weeks for a 5x5 cm lesion. The local tolerance was very good.
