Résumé :

A theory is developed for catalytic homogeneous processes inhibited by a bulk deactivation reaction in the case of a plane stationary electrode. The time-dependent diffusion equations, corrected for the kinetic terms, have been solved exactly using the Laplace transformation. The final equations have been successfully verified by studying the deactivation effect of EDTA on the reduction of chlorite ions, catalysed by the ferrate-ferrite couple. © 1980.
