| Résumé : | This contribution aims to consider the process of territorialization of social insertion plans to understand the reconstructions of the governance of concerted social action in Belgium. Considering this process not as a withdrawal of the state, but rather as an instrument of power of public policy, it initiates, we believe, a reconfiguration of the foundations of the work performed in the associations. Cette contribution a pour but d’envisager le processus de territorialisation des dispositifs d’insertion sociale pour comprendre les recompositions du mode de gouvernance de l’action sociale concertée en Belgique. Considérant ce processus non pas comme un désengagement de l’État, mais plutôt comme un instrument de pouvoir des politiques publics, celui-ci initie, selon nous, une reconfiguration des fondements du travail exercé dans les associations. |
