Résumé : White platelet thrombus formation in a branch of the mesenteric artery of the rat induced by electrical current application followed by ADP superfusion can be inhibited by Aspirin and indomethacin topically applied. This phenomenon could result from the decrease of the cyclooxygenase-like activity present in the vascular wall structures.
