Résumé : The clinical examination of the knee is very important. After listining to the patient, one asks him various questions and one performs the clinical examination. After that only it is possible to choose the best examinations to be done, if necessary. The various aspects of the interrogation and the clinical examination are discribed according to the different structures of the knee which may be injuried.
