Résumé : | The authors report the case of a 15-year-old boy with longstanding anemia, polyclonal hypergammaglobulinemia and growth retardation with absence of growth hormone secretion. These manifestations disappeared after removal of a mesenteric mass showing the features of giant lymph node hyperplasia. A progressive restoration of the growth hormone response to insulin stimulation was accompanied by a catch-up growth. |
