Résumé : This paper discusses the interoperation between TCP/IP and X.25 systems implementing the class 0 of the Transport Layer protocol in the R&D context where a growing number of TCP/IP and X.25/OSI systems are involved and where the request to use the OSI services is growing. We propose a method interconnecting TCP/IP and X.25 environments at the level of the OSI Network Layer and accommodating different migration strategies. This method is applicable for various interconnection scenarios including intercontinental WAN/WAN. LAN/WAN, etc.
