Résumé : Cells grown as adhering monolayers have been iodinated using the lactoperoxidase technique with glucose and glucose oxidase instead of H 2O 2. A high degree of cytologic fixaton, as evidenced by electron microscopy, resulted from this treatment even in the absence of lactoperoxidase.
