Résumé : Two articulating subjects between psychoanalysis and neurosciences cannot be ignored: neuroplasticity and the unconscious. Brain should no more be considered as an organ which never changes, which is determinate and determining, but really like a dynamic structure which is continuously reconstructing itself. Unlike genetic determinism, neuroplasticity means diversity and singularity. Different unconscious states and several biological models of conscience and of the unconscious are described nowadays. Biological modeling of Freudian concepts cannot be achieved without clumsiness. Demonstrating psychoanalysis from neurosciences or the contrary doesn't seem very realistic. But it would be a good idea to favor encounters and exchanges and to emphasize one more time the interests of a rigorous and tolerant interdisciplinary approach.
