Résumé : Microscopic study of fluid inclusions in transparent baryte crystals, >1 cm in size, distinguished five syngenetic cavities. Four are related to primary and one to pseudo-secondary inclusions. They are completely filled with liquid showing most frequently a 16.5% NaCl salinity, and a maximum of 23%. These single-phase inclusions indicate a crystallization T of 50oC for the baryte. -R.V.T.
