Résumé : | Decreased glucose uptake by the adipose tissue of obese hyperglycaemic mice, developing in the face of gross hyperinsulinism, was accompanied by increased lipogenesis de novo, and low α glycerophosphate synthesis from glycolysis and glyceroneogenesis. There was also some indication of a derangement of the flow of endogenous carbon utilizable for fatty acid synthesis. |
