Résumé : Surgical treatment of peritoneal carcinomatosis with curative intent involves the resection of all macroscopic malignant tissue and the treatment of microscopic residual tissue with local chemotherapy. Surgical procedures for peritoneal carcinomatosis involve specific features and should be performed at the condition that all supramillimetric deposit could be removed with an acceptable postoperative quality of life. This article details the technical aspect of peritonectomy.
