Résumé : Restless legs syndrome is a common sensorimotor disorder occurring in approximately 10% of the general population. The improved knowledge of the pathophysiology of the syndrome, the increased number of molecules which proved their efficacy for symptoms control in well conducted studies allow clinicians to propose a therapeutic approach tailored for the individual patient with a good chance of positive response.
