Résumé : Energies, widths, quadrupole moments and rms radii of 12C+12C and 16O+16O quasimolecular states, as well as E2 transitions between them, are calculated with antisymmetric wave functions. A good agreement with available experimental data is obtained. The radiative capture reactions 12C(12C, γ0-2)24Mg are also studied. Although a single-channel model does not allow a quantitative comparison with the experimental cross sections, our results suggest a molecular intepretation for several observed 12C+12C resonances. © 1984.
