Résumé :

The aim of the study was to attempt the simultaneous translation in the reticulocyte lysate of GH and PRL mRNA from cultured GH3 cells and from tumors grown in the rat by transplantation with the same cell line. The results show that, while both mRNA activities are present in the cultured cells, only GH mRNA is detected in the transplantable tumor.
