Résumé : OBJECTIVE: The purpose of this study was to describe on CT scans the presence of a gas collection within a bone fracture reflecting the vacuum phenomenon as a sign of nonunited fracture. CONCLUSION: A gas collection between fractured bone fragments suggests a nonunited fracture.
