| Résumé : | The authors report 2 cases of sphenoidal meningioma. While the results of the radiological and angiographical investigations were normal, computerized axial tomography visualized the tumour, which was still of a rather small volume and situated in the parasellar region. These 2 observations emphasize the effectiveness of the CT scan in the diagnosis, mainly at the outset of the clinical evolution. |
