Résumé : Cells of Bacillus subtilis, treated with lysozyme in the presence of sucrose M/2, are transformed into well defined protoplasts. These protoplasts keep intact an important part of their respiration and the capacity of an induced synthesis of arabokinase. This material seems particularly well adapted for studies concerning the physiology of protoplasts. © 1955.
