| Résumé : | A minimally invasive approach to the retroperitoneum is described. Basic anatomy, techniques of access and pitfalls related to the technique are discussed. Available procedures are outlined. Extended retroperitoneoscopy is an expanding field and constitutes a safe alternative to the more debilitating open approach in selected indications. |
