| Résumé : | Many years of work by a multidisciplinary team went into the production of the new topographic map, with discussions taking place between geographers, cartographers, photographers and printers. Ten test impressions were made to check techniques, clarity of symbols, and colour harmony on the map. At the end of the article is an extract from the prototype of the map which was the subject of a public survey for the final map, from which it was possible to measure the importance of various modifications. -P.Hardiman |
