Résumé : In 92 % of the cases of acute eczema, bacterial stocks may be isolated, which produce hyaluronidases, wrhereas in the pyogenous dermatoses in ulcerations and in the leg ulcers the percentage only amounts to 60 % of the cases. Every time one of the pyogenous dermatoses or one of the ulcers has undergone eczematization, the lesions comprised microbes which secreted hyaluronidasis. Thus, the factor of diffusion present in the eczematous secretions, might be a bacterial hyaluronidasis of local origin. © 1955 S. Karger AG, Basel.
